Intimate Family Concert with Live Music and Puppets Lands in Lisbon

What happened

A family-oriented concert is taking place in Lisbon, described by Time Out Lisboa as an intimate performance combining live music with puppets. The event is designed for children and families, and the listing targets families with babies and children up to the age of eight. Tickets are priced between €8 and €10.

The listing was published on Time Out Lisboa's family and kids section, and the event details were also surfaced in the page's structured data, which described it as a concert for families and babies up to eight years old, dated 6 October 2026.

Why it matters for international residents

Lisbon's cultural calendar leans heavily on events aimed at adults, so a low-cost, child-friendly concert is a useful option for international families settling into the city. With ticket prices capped at €10, it is an accessible way to spend a weekend or afternoon with young children without committing to a full-length show that may not hold a baby's or toddler's attention.

The intimate format — live music rather than amplified spectacle — is generally more forgiving for parents of very young children, and the puppetry element adds a visual layer suited to pre-school and early primary ages. It is also a chance to meet other families in the city and to experience Portuguese-language cultural programming in a relaxed setting.

What to do next

• Check the Time Out Lisboa listing for the exact date, time, and venue, as these details are not fully specified in the available information.
• Budget €8 to €10 per ticket and confirm whether entry is free or discounted for babies and very young children.
• Book ahead if you plan to attend, since intimate-format concerts typically have limited seating.
• Confirm the performance language and whether it suits your child's age, given the stated upper age of eight.
